About me

Asia and the question "how to live a healthy and happy life" have always fascinated me.

In the two oldest models of medicine in the world - Traditional Chinese Medicine and Ayurveda - I find the most holistic answers.

The focus is on the individuality of the person and influencing factors (such as climate, eating habits, mindset, emotional state, etc).

With the help of acupuncture, cupping,  Ayurveda, herbs, oil massages and applications and nutritional tips, I support people on their way to better health.

The West loves the detail, the East loves the wholeness...my goal is to combine both.

By understanding the cycles of nature, we learn to understand ourselves.

The wisdom of the East reminds us of our mental and spiritual connection, which

sometimes gets lost in the hectic of our everyday life.

That is why some monasteries and temples in Nepal, India and Thailand have become my second home...silence and retreat.

Focusing on what really counts in life.

I love the vastness of the ocean and the mountains, the earthy smell of the forest, traveling,  Asian and Mediterranean cuisine, good coffee (my little vice...), old Vespas and

"dolce far niente", Meditation and Yoga, Buddhism, Sufism and Advaita Vedanta.

You were born with wings
You are not meant for crawling, so don't.
You have wings
Learn to use them, and fly.
