Meridian therapy / relaxation

Thousands of years ago, the Chinese and Indians knew that by treating special zones on the feet the whole person can be treated.

It was not until the beginning of the century that Eunice Ingham (England) and Dr. William Fitzgerald (USA) made reflexology known in the western hemisphere.

Hanne Marquardt is the “grande dame” of foot reflexology in Germany.

How does foot reflexology work?

The entire organism is reflected in the feet, all organs are found at the corresponding reflex zones on the foot.

Through pressure, special grip techniques and stretching, targeted reflexes occur, which

stimulate the body's self-healing powers, stimulate the excretory organs,

strengthen the immune system and have a calming effect on the nervous system.

Acute but also chronic diseases can be positively influenced in this way.

Foot reflex meridian therapy - what's behind it?

It´s a classical foot reflexology according to Hanne Marquardt combined with my knowledge of the meridians of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Reflexology plus individual acupressure.

Via the 3 Yin meridians of the leg (kidney, spleen, liver) and the 3 Yang meridians (stomach, gall bladder, bladder) as well as various breathing techniques, Qi blockages are released and the flow of energy becomes more harmonious.
