The classic!

Depending on your constitution, warm oil is applied to the entire body with long and soft strokes, and marma points are held and stimulated.

This traditional form of massage has a very relaxing effect, nourishes the skin and all other tissues (dhatus) and also has a detoxifying effect.

The oil can be showered off after 2 to 3 hours.

No treatment should take place during your period ... please wait 1-2 days.

 

Ayurvedic back massage:

Mukabhyanga - Ayurvedic face and head massage (approx. 45 minutes)

This particularly sensitive face, head and neck massage is used for both skin care and absolute relaxation.

The most important marma points of the face and head are stimulated and high-quality saffron oil pampers and moisturizes the skin.
